The objective of this game is to build a city for the Penguins before the Emperor’s arrival. In order to do that you have to match three or more tiles on the board that have the same color. Provided you match four tiles you'll get a power up and a higher score. Just click on the tile you want to move and then on the spot you would like it to fit in. Have fun!
